Tetrad has successfully executed this model in the US and Europe across sectors including technology, hospitality and renewable energy, with companies ranging in size from 50 employees to 500 employees.

As part of this endeavour, and in the context of early-stage companies, Tetrad has formed a broad strategic relationship with Katalysen Ventures - based in Stockholm, Sweden.  Katalysen shares a similar philosophy to Tetrad in terms of developing long-term value-added partnerships with its portfolio companies.
